Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for CMM programming and inspection for existing and new development parts
• 5S maintain of the Process section.
• Rework, rejection monitoring and report preparation.
• FOA,PCS,SOP,Abnormality register,Tool Life records monitoring.
• Responsible to reduce Internal Rejections and Customer Complaints
• Maintain the QMS, IATF and EMS records.
• Kaizen implementation in all the section.
• Training and Guidance to be given for the new Inspectors and trainees.
• Prepare the skill level of the all Inspectors and arrange retraining if required.
• Do product audit and layout inspection as per plan
• Manpower manage to Inspect in all sections like Cutting,Turning,Drilling,Milling,Hobbing,Shaping,Hard Turning,Press machines.

Technical Skills

• Good programming and inspection knowledge in CMM
• Instrument handling knowledge for VMS, Roughness tester, Gear tester, Contracer and basic instruments
• Process handling knowledge for Hobbing, Turning, VMC & Broaching process
• Handling knowledge in Quality management system documents & Records
• Handling knowledge in customers audit and certification audits
• knowledge in quality Problem solving tools (7 QC tools ) , SPC, 8D and core tools
